Three Andhra people have filed a PIL in the Indian Supreme Court against the proposed Sri Krishna panel on Telangana. One of the person, Vasireddy who filed the PIL said that it is ridiculous on the part of the Congress High Command to constiute a committee on the Telangana issue just because KCR did 'hunger strike'.
" If given a chance we can do a better fast than KCR" he claimed.
The Apex court informed that a decision on the PIL will be taken tomorrow whether to accept the PIL or reject it. If it is accepted then the SC would let out its judgment in just a few days.
Meanwhile the Union Home Minister Chidambaram has informed that the 'terms of reference' for the proposed committee may be spelt out tomorrow or day after tomorrow. Today the panel's members Duggal and Ravindar Kaur met in New Delhi to discuss on the Telangana issue.
